uTorrent is fantastic for Windows but what Torrent Client for Linux

The question was about a "client", but yes you can try the Linux uTorrent server available in the download section. If you are really asking about a client there is no native Linux uTorrent client yet.but there is the webui interface that runs in your browser, some Firefox extensions that let you do various things to uTorrent, and some people have written command line interfaces and scripts to control the server.
