No peers connecting

Hi,

I've read countless topic about this, but nothing seems to work.

My µtorrent looks to be working fine, but not one single torrent uploads. Sometimes it does, but most of the time it's idle.

Most of the time when a peer connects to me to download, it seeds at about 3.2 kB/s maximum. I've reinstalled my windows, and before that, i've always had seeding speed around 450 kB/s, which is about my maximum.

I've set my settings to those which are mentioned in most topics, but they don't seem to help.

I don't have any firewalls, except the windows firewall, and netlimiter 2, which are both turned off atm. The one in my router is also turned off. Could anyone help me ?

I am having similar issues as m1dnight

it seems that ever since I upgraded to 2.2 i keep getting the connection closed by peer message.

Currently am deployed out in Iraq, they use a Satellite service that gives up to 256k or so.. im not bothered by the slow DL speed as I am expecting it but, before, i could get the norm 20-40k dl speed, but now, averages out at 2-5k if i get a connection... i notice that if i just leave it up.. it eventually might find a peer and start downloading.. the thing is.. when i go to the site, there are tons of seeders out there..

I am fairly new at torrents, so not fully up to speed on how I am looking at it.. for example, on one of my DL's i have going right now it has this for seeds and peers:

Seeds: 4(7602) peers: 1(8918)

the only trackers that seem to be going are:

the rest of the trackers all have the connection closed by pear, http error 404 (guessing tracker doest exit anymore), tracker sending invalid data <NULL>, and offline..

this seems to be the case for all my torrents as i DL.. seeding, seems like it seeds ok when it finds peep leeching..

i have read all the guides out there like m1dnight and done google searches trying to see if I can figure it out..

Currently I use NOD32 and Online Armor Premium.. I am guessing that I am behind a router some where, but it is not mine, I am guessing the provider here on the base is using one and I can't deal wit hthat.. I have set uTorrent to forward the port, opened/allowed it in the firewall and did all the setings the guides said.. I can see OA allowing access to the UDP and all that as they go through.. but, other than that.. nothing..

does anyone have any ideas? my guess is that the connection out here sux so bad that others are maybe rejecting mine and I cant sync up or something? starting to think that it just might be due to where I am and the crap connection than it is uTorrent
