ArcValkyrie Posted December 4, 2010 Report Share Posted December 4, 2010 I don't quite understand but when ever I limit my global upload rate it also limits my down speed and if I set it to unlimited it decides to use up all my internet speed (50mb download/10mb upload) causing my internet to lag.
