This only happened few days ago.

I was downloading from a legal torrent and realized I am being attacked on my internet firewall.

It was only when I opened uTorrent then the attacks will start.

Speed is also significantlly slow these few days

What should I do to stop these attacks?

It's a router firewall provided by the ISP.

It will improve your internet speed, both when torrenting and when not.

And it doesn't make you more vulnerable to attacks. A number of attacks you're actually MORE vulnerable to with it on.
