utorrent is already running (Windows 7 Ultimate)

Hello utorrent is not working on windows 7 ultimate lately.

I have version 2.2 the latest stable build.

When I try to download torrent I got the utorrent (Not Responding) error at the top of the window and it is not possible to remove the utorrent from the task manager even unlocker 1.9.0 failed to stop it and a restart it's necessary. I have to try several times until I get lucky and utorrent finally works correctly but it is annoying to have to restart several times.
