TrustSeg
Hello,I'm not really familiar with uTorrent so excuse me please. In the protocol log I get this message:[2010-12-05 19:36:08] Banned *.*.*.*:80: %00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00%00 (0 B downloaded, 0 B bad)(IP replaced)The problem is, that this is the only IP which does provide the files I want to download. It seems to be a static IP address and I know that this IP does not provide damaged / fake data. I suppose that someone with "more ressources" is blocking the IP. I don't know exactly how this banning works. I did not found any configuration files of uTorrent. I want to decide myself whether I want to download from this IP or not.Is it possible to remove the bann for this IP (for me)?
DreadWingKnight
It's probably from a webseed that is improperly configured for the torrent.
TrustSeg
It's an Wikileaks IP. I think they know what they do. I still can download other files from this source. I thought, this is not possible if the IP is banned?
DreadWingKnight
It's a problem specific to the webseed entry they have in the torrent if other torrents are working fine.Unbanning the IP (right-click the task - advanced - clear ban list) will likely not work if the webseed is misconfigured.
