Carson Dyle
Using uTorrent 2.2.1. I have a torrent that took a long time to get the last 1% and during that time its ratio went to over 600%, over the limit I have set. As soon as it was completed it was marked 'Finished', and was not being seeded. How can I seed it now? I went into properties and overrode the default seeding goal, but it still remains Finished instead of Seeding.
moogly
If nodody wants to leech thos torrent, you'll not seed it to some peers. You just need to leave it active.
Carson Dyle
Huh? If that made sense to anyone, please try to explain it to me. From what I can tell a torrent with a status of 'Finished' cannot be leached by peers. It never becomes 'active'.
moogly
Just start it. If a leecher want to download from you, the torrent job will seed.
lithopsian
Click the green triangle in the toolbar or if it just goes back to finished then click on force start (or change your "seed until" settings).
