Gixxer420 Posted December 6, 2010 Report Share Posted December 6, 2010 I downloaded the latest version from the website 2.2 and I'm having problems capping my upload.I set it to 30KB, it still continues to use my entire Upload bandwidth.Windows 7 Professional 64bituTorrent 2.2 Build 23235Any ideas?
