Switeck
Yes, but I need to confirm if you went in the right direction first.Tell me more about your uTorrent settings:uTP rate limiting? (even using uTP?)Using a proxy/VPN? (many simply don't work well)Using USB, wireless, or ADSL at any point between your computer and your ISP? (these can act half duplex under some conditions)Even the brand of modem or router can make a difference. (lots of total lemons out there!)Type out or post a screenshot of the settings shown on CTRL+G Setup Guide. (Easier for me to spot a joker there.) Switeck
Rate limiting of uTP is in Preferences, Bandwidth."Huawei EchoLife Home Gateway 532b" ...I'm pretty sure will not handle nicely all of uTorrent's functions at once. With some/all the extra functions disable it should be ok with your speed settings...assuming you can actually upload that fast sustained. Switeck
No need to change the modem if disabling things in uTorrent works:UPnP, NAT-PMP, DHT, LPD, uTP (Bandwidth Management), Resolve IPs, net.disable_incoming_ipv6, and possibly even Teredo/IPv6 (though you have to disable that in windows not uTorrent).
