Some bugs in 3.0 23217 Alpha

Hello guys. I've found some bugs, thought I should report them.

1. Right clicking any torrent and selecting Bandwidth Allocation is not working properly. Selecting Normal changes it to High instead of Normal. Selecting Low changes it to Normal instead of Low. Changing it to High selects nothing. I hope I'm clear.

2. When I put a nice maindoc.ico in the %appdata%/utorrent folder, uTorrent asks me to make it the default torrent client on every startup. I already have it as default. When remove maindoc.ico from the uTorrent folder, it doesn't ask me anymore. Confirmed this thrice.

3. Sometimes after updating uTorrent to the latest version, my columns gets reset to default sizes and selection. Happens to the normal GUI and to the tabs below.
