Utorrent runs for a few seconds then freezes and stops responding :(

Sometimes the installer will skip the installation and just open Utorrent, but within 15 seconds it stops responding and I have to close it with task manager, even then the process won't go away for like 5 minutes. I have tried every configuration imaginable, I checked my router, reset it, uninstalled Panda Antivirus, configured network sharing, turned off Windows firewall, tried different versions of Utorrent, I have tried Bittorrent, and Azureus with the same result. Please for the love of god someone help me, this is wreaking havok on my mind trying to figure this out. I am using Windows 7 home premium.

Have you tried uninstalling "MyWinLocker" temporarily?

Whatever is going on, it's something on your system, because it's happening with other programs.
