Automated directories and required seeding don't play together!

I have a fetcher that searches for new torrent files, downloads the .torrent to a 'download' directory that utorrent watches for torrents to start downloading files. When utorrent finishes, it moves the downloaded file(s) to a 'completed' directory. Then my fetcher, watching the completed directory renames and moves the completed files to where they should go. This is poetry and motion and I love the people who made this so.

BUT. Occasionally I download files from a subscription based site that requires longer seeding to occur. How can I have uTorrent continue seeding? I assume it would need to be without moving the file to the completed section where my fetcher moves it again and makes it unavailable to uTorrent? Can uTorrent copy - not move - the file, if specified? Or don't move it to the completed directory until seeding is complete?
