missing .dlls

it seems that after updating utorrent to 2.2 all my games have stopped working, as with all other programs that require direct x .dlls, of any quality

i cant think of anything other then urtorrent to be the culprit, as i was playing starcraft 2 last night with no problems. and the problems only started after i updated.

also, i have tried to update direct x, as well as my video card drivers, but to no avail

and of course, i have restarted several times .
