ALWAYS 0 Availability, 0 seed, 0 peers

I've been using torrent without problem for quite a long time until this problem occured recently.

Availability, seed and peer appear to be 0 ALL THE TIME.

It doesn't matter which torrent file I try to download or what time I try or how long I leave my computer on.

I've been looking for solution all around the web, and tried followings:

1. run the test for bandwith and network

this I found tricky that the bandwith part always shows fine results but the network part gives either "neither NAT-PMP nor uPnP is enabled" even though in my preferences both of them are checked to be enabled, or something about the port.

2. delete utorrent and re-download utorrent

this gave me the same result

3. delete utorrent again and try an alternative (BIt Tornado)

doesn't work either

4. delete the alternative and downloat Bit Torrent (same as utorrent right?)

doesn't work!

5. try with my desktop (I was using my laptop before)

not working at all gives me the same problem

Some people say it's simply because people are not seeding the file I want, but I don't think it's the case since I tried with numerous files. Just can't be that.

Maybe it's the firewall but I checked the part that said consider utorrent as an exception to your firewall thing or something along that line when installing.

What do you think is the problem and how do I fix it? My OS is Windows 7, with only one additional vaccine system (a Korean one called V3)

Oh and another thing that I observed is that DHT is either "waiting to log in" or "0 nodes." Some suggested that I disenable it but that didn't make any difference so I put it back on "enabled." Please help!
