open containing folder BOMB 2.2

besides not being used to the alien head round icon yet, i love everything about 2.2. i've said it many times..amazing software guys.

here's my glitch:

being as curious as a cat, and exploring the new 2.2, i thought maybe i might find a customizable filter under the parent "torrent' container. so, i right click on it...didn't find a custom filter to add like "all stopped" or all queued", but what i did find was "open containing folder". well of course you KNOW i'm gonna click it as it was not greyed out. like...what folder are we talking about at this focus? one way to find out: 'click' :> BOOOM !!!!!!

apparently we were talking about ALL of the folders at once. :) 88 explorer windows. reminicient of the MSIE bomb...good fun, but alas...poor windows blew up and i was faced with the dreaded reboot and tea steep.

i wonder if curiosity will cause me to try the sub items.. heh heh.

peace and thanks a bunch

bit .. hey, how about an easter egg, because i always tend to find suggestion that i think of, currently existing in the options panel already.

That isn't a 2.2-specific behavior. It would've happened even if you did the same to "All Torrents" in older versions. I'm not seeing why this is a bug really. There's no reason µTorrent should prevent users from opening as many folders as they want. It can certainly be improved, but in and of itself, this isn't a bug.

retrospectively i agree, certainly not a bug, but maybe there could be a threshold limit of a non overwhelming sort, or a humorous prompt when an attempt is made to open an insane quantity of multiple folders? (when installing ultraedit, they used to tease you that you were able to read their user agreement in under 5 seconds...something like that) :) peace.
