Error 10053

When I run the setup guide I get the following messages:

[2010-12-18 10:20:13] UPnP: Could not map UPnP Port on this pass, retrying.

[2010-12-18 10:20:18] UPnP: Unable to map port 187.66.2.245:35000 with UPnP.

I have no problems with the download, but to upload.

Please, any suggestions to correct this fault?

Note: I use a computer directly connected to cable modem.

Couldn't get Windows firewall auto-configured for uTorrent?

The firewall is inactive and does not use antivirus. According to the links that accompany the message, the problem, as I suspected, it is blocking the protocol (layer 7) by the ISP.

In uTorrent, Preferences, Connection is "Add Windows Firewall exception" checked?

uTorrent will generate an error message in logger if that's checked but Windows firewall is actually disabled.

Right now the port is cleared, but I've tested with the door and checked the errors are the same.

The only difference is that if I use my router DI-524 error is 10060 and without it the error is 10053.

On the assumption your ISP is to blame, run a Glasnost test.
