Switeck
Turning off various features in uTorrent might also increase upload speed slightly.DHT, LPD, Resolve IPs, and lowering bt.connect_speed (to 1-4) and net.max_halfopen (to 8). Noobsta
@SwiteckI used your 1mbit/s settingsSo the "bt.connect_speed" what do i set it to 1 or 4? and with the "maximum upload rate" I have set it to "0" to see if I can squeeze more data out of my ISP, is that ok to try? Noobsta
@SwiteckI used your 1mbit/s settings and for "bt.connect_speed" I chose 4 and changed the "Max Upload Rate" to 92.0KB/s instead of "0", and then I tested one torrent for a couple of hours and got constant perfect stability at 92.0KB/s Upload.Thx for your help, I appreciate it
Switeck
bt.connect_speed is how fast to make OUTGOING (but not incoming) connection attempts to other peers/seeds PER second. Even 1 per second is not "slow" factored over a 1 hour period.Try raising upload speed limit little-by-little (~1-5 KB/sec for 5-15 minutes at a time) till it quits being stable. Then use the highest stable point as the while not downloading (only seeding) upload speed limit.
