Can't upload/seed torrents, EVER

I have had no luck in seeding/uploading torrents. Everything is good as far as speed (have proper ports forwarded [using 1720], net.max halfopen set to 80, peer.lazy bitfeild set to true, static IP), but i haven't been able to just simply seed torrents. When the download finishes (and usually when downloading the upload is fairly small...1 kb, 5 kb sometimes...rarely around 10 or 15, usually 0), it goes into seeding mode..."100%, seeding", and has no activity...won't connect to any peers or seeds, always 0. The trackers are working, my seeding settings are set to priority and a 175 ratio, ignoring the time option.

I have no clue what else to do....it seems i can't seed anything at all ever. I didn't notice for a while, as I didn't care if i would seed a download, but now I would very much like to continue to upload the files, and i cannot. Arrrg. Help desperately needed.

Using encryption, and I am using 1.5. Actually, one torrent finnaly did upload, but the others are still jsut sitting there......am i missing something here? There are peers (3 or 4 in each), and one is in the swarm (out of multiple finished torrents), yet still nothing is uploading (save for the one file that actually went to about 78 MBs before stopping). Maybe I'm just confused on the mechanics of this? Why wouldn't these othr 4 finished torrents i have sitting there with other peers upload?

I'm not alone in this world! :)

I had the same issue last week, but i fixed it! :) :)

I was using the 1.5 version, so I opened the 1.4 and works! :) then i opened again the 1.5 and is working now!

The only problem i got now, is that i cannot share when i reach the 100% :(

Same config that you have! and obviously, share until 9999% and disable time!~

Now, the curious, is that only happends with private trackers! :(
