Setup Guide problems.

I have been having some problems with the Setup Guide. When I need to set an area I live by, I choose Chicago, but it doesn't work, yet any other selection does. It also always seems to fail on the network test and says:

Neither NAT-PMP or UPnP is enabled, Please check your settings.

Help would be appreciated.

Check "Enable UPnP port mapping" and "Enabled NAT-PMP port mapping"

That's a bit odd... I had them both on yet it still didn't work...

The message means NAT-PMP or UPnP is not working -- even though both are enabled in uTorent, they may not be in Windows OR for the networking software/hardware you have.

I recommend only using ONE of those at a time, and only use ONE if manual forwarding of routers and configuring of firewalls did not work.
