Oxwil
µ means micro, so I think it'd be better to use microTorrent in places where µ cannot be used like for the official website and µTorrent directories.
schnurlos
http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=47#p47(for all who don't know, ludde is the original programmer of µTorrent).
Ultima
Eh. µ doesn't "mean" micro any more than it "means" mu; it represents micro only in certain contexts. Outside of any given context, it's just another Greek character. People project "micro" onto it as the meaning simply because of µTorrent's original core philosophy, but that isn't The One Right Interpretation™. Oxwil
Well, it's meant to be micro in case of µTorrent, so I thought it was logical to name it so.
