I cannot get any Torrents to Download

I have been using uTorrent for awhile and everything has been working fine. Now I cannot get anything to download. Everything stays at 0% and all download arrows are red. When I look at the Trackers tab it says this:

Oh, I also checked my internet exceptions and uTorrent is listed. I ran the setup tests in uTorrent and got good results. I don't understand why it stopped working. Thanks in advance for any help with this problem.

OMG!!! I fixed it.

I closed the program.

I deleted the old settings -> settings & settings.dat.old located here -> %appdata%\utorrent

Went back through the setup and it worked as soon as the application launched again. I just successfully downloaded 4 uTorrents.

This tracker (with and without :80 is the same since it's using http) is DEAD-AND-GONE:

...And probably should be removed.

There is however a similar tracker, but it uses udp:

udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce
