Problems Forwarding Ports

Hello,

I've followed all the instructions for port forwarding found at portforward.com, but for some reason uTorrent is still saying that the port is not connectable (the dot at the bottom right is red). Does anyone know why this might be, and how I could fix it?

Any help is appreciated.
