not working!!

ive only been using this for a couple of days and downloaded with no problem but today there is a little /!\ in the bottom toolbar that says no incoming connections, unless the light turns green it could indicate a problem with your network configuration.. i haven't changed anything.. help!!

Computer's LAN ip address changed?

(...and the router is now forwarding to the wrong ip?)
