Error can't open file bug

I am sure it has been told before but it is very annoying to open the utorrent and see your files there with the message "error: can't open etc." In previous versions i don't remember having encountered this bug, it doesn't make sense and it should be fixed because it causes problems to users..

If µT fails to open .torrent files related to torrent jobs, the cause is external. Check the .torrent storage folder in 'Preferences > Directories' is reachable (e.g drive letter didn't change) or exists.

Then force a recheck.

I enabled store torrents in the directories tab and it seems to work so far, thanks.

Edit: what i did was irrelevant to the problem, it just works in my last attempts.
