How to import settings and torrents?

I've been using an older version of BitTorrent (7.2) for a while now. I just downloaded uTorrent 2.2. Is there an easy way to import all of my old settings and torrents from BT into uT?

Save the folder %appdata%\bittorrent and move its contents into %appdata%\utorrent.

Anyway BT is the same client as µT, so just update your client to the latest BT version and that's all.
