seeds/peers/swarms uniting

I was thinking about uploading a torrent again and i'd like some help. I had uploaded this file in the past in mininova and tpb and other torrent sites got the file too in their databases. So, if i delete this torrent from tpb and upload it again there, will the current seeds/peers/swarms who start their d/l from the other sites unite with the seeds/peers/swarms that will start their d/l from tpb? Or will they be 2 different swarms for exactly the same file? I want to strengthen the torrent and give it seeding power, if it's going to be divided then it wouldn't be best to do it. I think i know the answer but i would like an opinion of an expert, thank you.
