invalid request port forward?

Ok im using port 22222(forwarded with utorrent) and no-ip to run on VNC Server(iv tryed 2 different Servers), and i keep get the "invalid request" text on the page. how can i fix this?

ok if i cant use utorrent to forward the port and run the webui is the another program i can use to forward the port(i don't own the router im using)

What is the full address you're using when you get the "Invalid request" message?

but if i use gui it just takes me to utorrent online, i was using utorrent to forward my port for my vnc server.(i dont want to use it for utorrent)

Two programs can't share a port, and uTorrent isn't designed for the purpose you're trying to use it for.
