cant close utorrent

whenever i try to close utorrent an error message pops up telling me that it cant save or something so when it actually closes and i reopen i have to start everything from scratch plus because of this i cant use the skins can someone please help

Because uT fails to save your current torrent history in the file resume.dat in the folfer %appdata%\utorrent. Run uT as admin one time or erase this file and restart uT.
