tanin Posted December 26, 2010 Report Share Posted December 26, 2010 Hi,I'm using utorrent 2.2 build 23703 on windows 7 and lately my upload speeds are slow as hell, and most of the time I'm not even uploading, although there are peers in brackets.When I download a file, the speed is very good.Any ideas?
