How do I set-up/open files when the download is complete?

My download is complete but it just includes a series of files with names like:

h-ad11.r00

h-ad11.r01

h-ad11.r02

etc etc.

What do I do with them?

How do i set-up/install the application?

What should the downloaded files look like? For instance, should there be an install file?

OK...

I have discovered what to do - I downloaded "The Unarchiver.app", which was able to decompress these files.

So now I have a demo version of the application open, but having trouble deactivating it with Terminal.app
