utorrent appears to be killing my mIRC

I've tried tweaking the connection settings, messign with utorrents setup etc, and nothing else is affected, and I can still browse the internet / download elsewhere / play on xbox live whatever else when downloading things with utorrent, but whenever utorrent is downloading more than 1 item, my mirc gets disconnected and wont come back until it's back to 1 thing / utorrents closed.

If anyone could shed some light on why or how to fix it, it would much appreciated, because at this point I have no clue.
