External torrents that were set on stop give a missing message ...

2.2 build 23703

In the previous Utorrent if I set torrents on stop they would simply remain stopped when I would restart Utorrent. However I have some torrents that I downloaded on external drives and when I start Utorrent and do not have the drive inserted, even though I have the torrent set on stop, it will give me a red cross that the drive is not mounted.

In the previous it would simply remain stopped if I would start it, now it seems to check right away if the location is there even though I set it to stop and thus it doesn't need to check if the files are there or not.

the image taken below shows both torrents that were all set on stop, the green ones are those I have on my computer's HD and the red ones are those external. I hate this continuous checking, I wasn't going to turn them so it wouldn't be needed. If I were to turn them on then it would make sense (that is how it worked with the older build). I might just refert back to the older build if this goes on :/ so many bugs
