Stop Enqueueing

New torrents are enqueued rather than having the download start automatically. This happens whether the client has zero, or many torrents loaded/active/inactive.

I'm sure I toggled something to cause this, and would appreciate info on how to reset it. As of now, I add torrents and have to force start each time, as mentioned, whether uTorrent has any jobs or not.

Thanks.
