How to only seed a torrent?

Hi

I have the up to date version of utorrent.

There is a website from which i download torrents but that website required me to keep up a certain ratio for dowloading and seeding, which i didnt do. so now they temporarily block me from downloading their torrents but i can seed them to keep up to the required ratio. The only problem is, I dont know how to seed the torrents without even downloading them first.

Is there an option in utorrent on which i cant seed the torrent first?

You can't seed data you don't have.

Ratio enforcement trackers cause problems that prevent effective seeding.

All you can do is leave the torrents you've already downloaded running in your client until your ratio goes up.
