Selecting test location for bandwidth in Set up

I have tried increasing my download speed using all of the tips on the forum. When I go to "Set up Guide", my location is not available ie Sydney Australia. I have run the speed tests from the mirror, however, I can't enter the location to run

the system check in Set Up?

Just try another server (or test different ones).

I have tried every speed test available from Australia. The problem is, how do I get the location into the "test location" from the test into the 'set up ' box to run the performance test??

I am trying to use UTorrent but I live in Ontario Canada and I don't see anything in Canada?? Is this program just for the United States???

If someone could please help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

I was unsing Bit Torrent but it all of a sudden became very very slow and I currently use a Turbo Hub through Bell Canada and I have to pay for all of my packets.
