rss problem Unable to load ... A socket operation was attempted to ..

Helo.

I get this error Unable to load http://********************.torent: A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable host. when trying to download a torrent from rss feeds. If I press ok the browser is opening and downloads the torrent. I click cancel and I try once again to download in RSS feed and is working.And continue to work for a while even after I close the browser.
