Connection failed error

Ever since switching the newest version, I keep getting "A request to send or recieve data was disallowed because the socket is" and none of my downloads will start. I have no problem forwarding ports though.

Not sure if it's also a side effect, but sometimes the downloads will start, but the download speed has gotten very slow compared to the previous version.
