moddinman
I have a 1TB WD Black HDD that I've decided is going to be the incomplete folder. Due to the fact that it was just sitting in my computer with backups on it (I have three off-site backup solutions so not really worried about losing the storage space).I need to know what a good sector size would be. The files are going to be varied but the amount of data written at any given time is usually going to be less than 4KB, right? So in this case wouldn't having a sector size of 512B be a good choice. I'm using Windows 7 Pro, and have the finished files copy over to a raid 0 array once they're done. Just hoping to ease the strain on the 1TB where I can.
