Problem Moving Torrents

I am starting to have issue moving torrents via "Set download location" when I used to use it it created the top level folder for me, now it seems to just dump the files into a the folder.

For example, if i had a movie like this

Movie Name\Movie.avi

Movie Name\Subs

Movie Name\Cover

After I moved a few off these I would have all the subs from all moview in one folder and the movie.avi would all be in the top level folder.

I hope this is clear, I am not that sure how to explain it really.
