Continued: Error: Access is denied

Hello folks,

One of my torrents complaint about repeated access is denied. I am using uTorrent 2.2 on running Windows 7 Ultimate. My logger shows that:

Does anyone have any solutions for permission problems? I do not have Google or MSN desktop installed, etc. I do not use explorer to view that.
