bently
I prefer to let uTorrent run unlimited. Sometimes I have to limit the download to about 80% of my ISP cap or else it slows down my uploads. But when it is set for that, things like web surfing are difficult. When I need to use my browser, I reset the uTorrent caps to about 50% of my ISP cap levels, then restore the higher limits when going afk.

interlochen
Im having the same problem. just updated to 2.2 and cant browse the internet unless utorrent is closed. i tried apply rate to limit local peers and uTP connections, but it did not work. running vista 64 bit and just got a new netgear router. Before 2.2 everything was fine, i could download/upload and browse at the same time.
