Please Help! Utorrent Freezing/Win 7 64-bit

Hello,

I am running win 7 64-bit and haven't ever had a problem with utorrent. Now utorrent will freeze intermittently for about a full 2 minutes and then free up again. When this happens it also freezes my entire PC. I have tried many things and this has been going on for some time. I have read and tried all suggestions in stickies and utorrent user's guide. I am running Avast av with p2p shield disabled. Also, zone alarm free. I am using WD Green 1tb hard drive. Have nvidia 7300 le video card. 4gb of ram. Logs as follows:

ZA is likely the culprit, this FW is very known to be buggy with p2p clients. Just remove it completely from your computer and install a better FW like Comodo.

is injected into µT too, try to exclude utorrent.exe from Avast's scanners.

I installed Outpost Internet Security and uninstalled ZA and Avast free AV........So far, so good.....I think problem is solved. Much thanks, this problem has bugged me for some time now.
