Need help to find the Path

I very recently reformated and reinstalled win7 i copied all my torrent data on an external Hdd. Now im having trouble getting my progress back, when i add the torrents they start from 0%. There is one Torrent that doesnt do it and its in the same folders as all the others. I want my torrent data saved in a designated folder in my download folder, I want my torrents saved in the BitTorrent folder in app data, I want my finished torrents to move to my download folder in a seperate folder designated stored torrents. I had this all set up fine before i reinstalled now I have to download a 60GB torrent all over again
