Setting uTorrent proxy with Freegate to work with Apps?

Currently in China and they block a number of things. Anyway I can still download well and at good speeds. However the problem is that the Khan Academy App does not work. I suspect this is because china blocks its website www.khanacademy.org

I can access it with Freegate, a proxy/vpn program. I tried to change the uTorrent settings to use proxy, but it doesn't seem to work.

Freegate says it is working in "F4 Tunnel Proxy Mode". What settings do I have to select in uTorrent?

And does this mean that the apps will also use the proxy or how can I make them?
