moogly
Because you're using the same folder for "Put new downloads" and "Move finished downloads". Disable the 2nd option or set a different folder.Or use the latest 2.2.1:-- 2011-02-11: Version 2.2.1 beta (build 24649)- Fix: don't delete files when 'download to' and 'move to' directories are the same
DreadWingKnight
Make sure you're looking at the correct category view (f7 -> Torrents)

moogly
3.0 is an alpha, don't be surprised if you meet some severe bugs or crashes.2.2.1 has the bugfix about your issue, it should be enough.
