Setup Guide from Preferences. Options>Setup Guide, or press Ctr G

Idiot here, I wish to access Setup Guide but I do not find it.

I have looked as directed: Preferences->Options -> Setup Guide, or press Ctrl G.

I do not find Options or Setup Guide under Preferences and Ctrl G (upper or lower case G) does not call up the guide.

Tell me the obvious truth I am overlooking

There is no setup guide for the Mac client. Just set a sane upload cap.

What in this crazy world does 'sane upload cap' mean.

I looked it up in my Encyclopedia of Knowledge and Trajectory Hermaneutics - nothing.

I think it's a Communist plot.

Measure your upload speed and set the limit to 80% of your measured speed. If you are using the beta, you can just check "Automatically manage bandwidth" and µTorrent will keep things sane.

The "Setup Guide" isn't what it says it is... It's just tool that tests your connection and measures bandwidth. I don't under the real purpose of this other than diagnostics... I really don't understand why it's listed as "Setup Guide" in Windows.
