Internet Break Down while downloading

I am running the 2.2 version ( Build 24402 ) I have windows 7 Ultimae

My problem is when i start a download my Internet connection breaks down i am running Vodafone Mobile

Connect Lite Version 9.4.5.19931 Huawei and i have Unlimited downloads.

It tells me web page cannot be displayed so i run a diagnose and it tells me the dns server cant be found ?

I would be grateful if someone can help me out with this'
