Utorrent suddenly stopped downloading and uploading

Hi guys,

My utorrent was working fine till yesterday, but today all of a sudden it stopped working...there is no download/upload happening for any of the files. First i thought it might be internet problem, but internet is working fine as usual, just utorrent isn't working...the arrows turn red and no download or upload happening...so i thought maybe i have to update, so i updated to latest version and still same problem...can anyone help me please?
