Resuming partially completed file

Hello,

I changed from "bit torrent" to "utorrent", and I reloaded all of my torrents, but only some started downloading from where they left off. Others started at 0%. I've tried forcing rechecks on these files (hoping that would help), but that line is greyed out. Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much for your time.

Stop the torrent jobs and set a new download location where the partial files are stored (right click).

Be sure you select the containing folder of the files.
