memory leak in the latest several beta updates

I experience(d) severe memory leak in the several latest beta updates.

The leak is in the mtorrent.exe process; I read a couple of posts about disk caching - it doesn't seem to be the case and I tested with all possible combinations of disk cache settings in mtorrent. The leak is of the order of 1GB/hour. In addition I tested it with no upload or download - the leak persists and there is a 3-5% CPU activity for the process.

I cannot pinpoint the exact moment the problem appeared, but it was approximately after one of the following installs: IE9 RC or Win 7 SP1.

I am using Win7 Ultimate x64.

I think it has nothing to do with IE or windows. I use the latest beta on Win XP and IE 8 and it does leak up to the point of making my computer unusable.

It usually does this if I leave uTorrent run through the night. I come next morning and all memory is gone and the computer is unresponsive. If I have patience I can manage to right-click uTorrent in the tray and close it, but it takes forever to release all that memory.

Anything I can do to help, let me know :)
